1. Are there any Tax Benefits on your donations?
As per the revised tax exemption act, effective April 1, 2017, donations to SHEOWS will be eligible for 50% tax exemption under Section 80G of Income Tax Act.
2. Why should I donate to SHEOWS?
SHEOWS is a delivery-oriented organisation that uses all its funds towards saving and serving the elderly. We work tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate and provide a well-equipped residence for the elderly. Your contributions pooled with the other donations we receive help us in providing care and support to the elderly population who were abandoned in the streets of Delhi NCR. Your generous support will help in improving the life of these elderlies.
3. Who are benefited from my donation?
All the elderly rescued from the streets of Delhi NCR who are currently residing in our Ashrams are benefited from your donation. Your generosity will help us in providing emergency aid, to providing nutritional meal and medical services.
4. Can I make any In-Kind Donations?
Yes, SHEOWS not only takes monetary donations but also accepts contributions in kind. Medical Care is an essential aspect of Geriatric Care funds can be directed to support us in these aspects.
